RECLAIMING DIALOGUE

Reclaiming Dialogue is dedicated to improving communication skills in community building processes through non-violent communication tools. These workshops are designed primarily for art mediators, educators, and cultural workers focusing on participatory art practices and community building.
Workshop Schedule:
Nov 27 🔸 Creating Safer Spaces: We’ll start by building a “safer space” framework, introducing NVC principles to support self-empathy and help us identify our own feelings and needs. This session sets the foundation for more intentional, respectful communication.
Nov 28 🔸 Empathy in Action: Building on the first session, we’ll explore how to listen actively and empathize with others’ experiences and needs, strengthening our interpersonal connections in collaborative and team settings.
Dec 3 🔸 Conflict as Transformation: Our final session focuses on transforming conflict into growth. Participants will learn to navigate challenges with empathy, recognizing conflict as an opportunity for deeper connection and collective problem-solving.
